1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use kiss 1918 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online betting activities.

2. Member Account & Security

2.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to own and use one (1) active account on the kiss 1918 platform. Owning, registering, or using multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Kiss 1918 reserves the right to:

• Closing all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeiting all cash balances, bonuses, and winnings held in those accounts.
• Permanently banning the individual from re-registering on the kiss 1918 platform.

2.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your kiss 1918 login credentials confidential, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. We recommend that you:

Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to complete the KYC process within 7 business days may result in the account being suspended until the process is finalised.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal

3.1 Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. All deposits are processed instantly and your account balance will be updated within minutes. Kiss 1918 does not charge any processing fees on member deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from your kiss 1918 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to kiss 1918's verification policy.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes business days.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review or KYC verification may take up to 3 business days.
• Kiss 1918 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are as follows, based on membership tier:

• Standard Members: Up to RM 20,000 per day / RM 100,000 per month.
• VIP Silver Member: Up to MYR 50,000 per day / MYR 300,000 per month.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on kiss 1918 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets may only be placed before or during a match (for In-Play markets) within the designated time window.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the kiss 1918 system cannot be cancelled or modified by members.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate the payout, not the odds at the time the result is announced.
• Kiss 1918 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets affected by technical issues, incorrectly displayed odds due to system errors, or force majeure events.
• For Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and other sports — market-specific rules are available under the Sports Rules section on the platform.

4.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting during live matches on kiss 1918 is subject to additional conditions:

• Odds for live markets may change at any time depending on how the match unfolds.
• There is a brief suspension period during critical match events such as goals, penalties, or red cards, during which no new bets will be accepted.
• Internet connection loss during live betting is entirely the member's risk. Kiss 1918 is not responsible for bets that fail to be confirmed due to connectivity issues on the member's end.

4.3 E-Sports

E-sports betting on kiss 1918 covers MLBB, Dota 2, CS:GO, Valorant, and other major e-sports titles. General sports betting rules also apply to the e-sports section, with the following additions:

• Bets placed on esports matches that are cancelled due to technical issues on the organiser's end will be declared void and stakes fully refunded.
• Bets placed based on false information or unauthorised insider information will be voided without any refund.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by kiss 1918 are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only per account, per phone number, per IP address, and per device address.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must first be used for betting in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements.
• The rollover requirement (e.g. 5x, 8x, or 10x) must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a balance that includes bonus funds.
• All bonuses have a set validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

• Minimum first deposit RM 30 is required to qualify for the Welcome Bonus.
• The bonus will be credited to your account within 24 hours of your first deposit being confirmed.
• The rollover requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 8x (eight times) total deposit amount plus bonus amount.
• The Welcome Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

• The member is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• The member is using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or misleading.
• Account suspected of being used by an individual under 18 years of age.
• A directive from a legal authority or regulatory body requiring account termination has been received.

7.2 Termination by Member

• Any outstanding bonus rollover requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Valid cash balance withdrawals will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures.
